AMONIAC INVOLVEMENT

We developed the project from scratch based on the idea and psychological algorithms of the client. The latest technologies were used to build and test the project, taking into account all the client’s wishes and practical skills, experience, and innovations.

We have developed and implemented algorithms for compiling a professional and a psycho-moral portrait of a candidate based on all the client's data provided. The algorithms we used make it possible to reduce the time spent searching for an applicant.

The second stage of our development was developing the applicant's platform with interconnected algorithms developed in the first part of the project. Our developers technically embody the “shortening” of the path of selection and search of personnel, removing unnecessary steps that take time and effort of platform users.

The Amoniac team personally checks and tests all algorithms, search, and selection stages for each type of application and platform user.

Amoniac uses Ruby on Rails and VueJS in development to meet the client’s goals and objectives, creating a sophisticated technical application to “shorten” the recruiting and recruiting process for HR and recruiters.
