Digital Health Outcomes were growing — and with that growth came a new operational challenge.Their platform needed to be deployed into isolated, client-specific environments, whether on client infrastructure or in the cloud. With no automation in place, provisioning each new environment was a fully manual process that could take up to a full day. As the client base expanded, this wasn’t going to scale.
Amoniac built the infrastructure foundation that made repeatable, reliable client deployments possible.
We containerized the full Node.js microservices stack with Docker and introduced Terraform to automate environment provisioning — making it possible to spin up a complete, isolated deployment with a single script. All services and the frontend were packaged into Helm charts, giving the team a consistent and portable deployment model that works across any target environment.
The entire stack now runs on AWS EKS with a fully automated CI/CD pipeline covering QA and production — no manual steps required at any stage.
Technologies used
Provisioning a new client environment went from a day-long manual effort to a fully scripted, repeatable process. The team can now onboard new clients faster, with confidence that every deployment is consistent — regardless of where it runs.
The foundation Amoniac built was solid enough that the Digital Health Outcomes team took full ownership of the infrastructure themselves — continuing to evolve it independently, without any outside support.
